As stated above our quinoa ingredients are produced in FSSC22000/IFS Food– certified production units and stored and transported by GFSI-certified warehouses and logistical partners. These quality standards, are in accordance with the HACCP principles ensuring control and monitoring of potential hazards throughout the entire production and supply chain. By complying with these standards, we guarantee the safety, traceability, and high quality of our quinoa products, meeting the European international food safety regulations.
Moreover, our quinoa growers are GLOBAL G.A.P. or VVAK certified (food safety certification) and our organic quinoa growers are also organic certified (NL-BIO-01 SKAL). To ensure the organic status over the entire supply chain, we are organic certified (NL-BIO-01 SKAL) for the supply of our organic ingredients.
Quinoa is naturally free from gluten and all other EU-14 allergens. By producing in EU–14 allergen-free production units we ensure the prevention of cross-contamination with EU-14 allergens.
