Duomix seeds

Our quinoa duomix contains red and white quinoa seeds that are mixed together to create a colourful mixture. This duomix is a versatile ingredient, perfect for a wide range of applications and dishes.

Wholegrain: Both the white and red quinoa in this duomix are grown locally using low-saponin varieties. Because of these new varieties, the outer layer of the seed doesn’t need to be removed. This means our quinoa is wholegrain.

High quality: No pesticides are used in the cultivation, and after harvesting the quinoa undergoes only mechanical and optical purification. This ensures the highest quality. Because of this and our commitment to transparency throughout the supply chain, we are able to offer quinoa that meets the highest quality standards.

Low CO₂ footprint: Thanks to the local production and gentle processing methods, our quinoa has a low CO₂-eq footprint.

Nutritious alternative: Our quinoa is free from EU-14 allergens (including gluten) and is high in dietary fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. It also has a high protein quality. This makes it an exceptional choice for a balanced nutrition and those with dietary restrictions.
