Explore the heart of our innovation with our quinoa ingredient collection, centered around locally grown, low-saponin quinoa. We’re proud to bring you new quinoa types developed by Wageningen University & Research, which have very low saponin levels (<0.11%). This means we can skip the usual polishing and washing steps, so there is no loss of nutrients. Our special quinoa is grown without pesticides and purified with high-end optical technology.
